Greetings from AFGED !
The Association for Global Economic Development (AFGED) has been set up in the State of Maharashtra, as not-for-profit making organization, under Section 8 of Companies Act, 2013, Govt. of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, to achieve rapid and balanced economic and industrial growth not only of Maharashtra but that of India.
The Association aims to grow from strength to strength by providing invaluable service to agriculture, business, trade, industry, government and financial & academic institutions. As a result, it will be widely held to be the “Investment Facilitator and Development-Catalyst” for the State of Maharashtra as well as for India. With our close association with Govt. of Maharashtra, we are able to guide/advise you in crystallizing your business projects.
The Association will take forward government economic policy on global level and will try to expand India’s global linkage with various countries in economic cooperation, trade and investment. The activities of the Association will help your business to grow. A more pro-active AFGED will provide with the following services:
- India International News Bulletin –This will update business community on various topics like WTO, FTA, World economy and foreign trade.
- Training programme – We will arrange training programme on International Business.
- Conferences / Business Meetings: Join our International Conferences / Seminars and Business Meetings.
- Global Linkages- Interact with foreign trade associations for global linkages.
- Indian Platform -To provide platform to foreign delegates with Indian business community.
- Foreign Delegations: To grow globally, our foreign Delegations will help you to have business linkages with other countries.
- Personalized Services: Association will work on your behalf and take up issues of business and industry with Govt. Depts., obtaining permissions for setting up of your unit in Maharashtra.
The Association plans to have in its membership prominent Chambers of Commerce & Industries Associations and leading corporate organizations as well as medium and small scale industries, financial institutions, foreign, commercial & co-op. banks, MNCs, consultancy firms, educational & research institutions, etc.
Our list of membership will be incomplete without the name of your esteemed organization.
It will be pleasure and privilege of AFGED to work with you in the near future, to evolve a mutually beneficial and fruitful partnership.
As an esteemed member of OUR ASSSOCIATION, you will regularly receive information about economic and business development and invitations to participate in important Conferences and discussions where you can interact with govt. officials, bankers, business executives, etc., which will help you in enhancing your business network. We are planning to take delegations to Canada, China, Japan, Turkey, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan and Israel in the year 2020.
